GIRLS faced the music and danced when they took part in the annual dance show at Bromley High School.

Diverse styles were covered on the night by more than 100 pupils at the school in Blackbrook Lane, Bickley, including ballet and traditional Indian dance.

But despite this diversity a theme ran throughout the evening with each dance featuring a song from a hit musical, including 42nd Street, Grease and West Side Story.

Bromley High School headteacher Louise Simpson said: “What a fabulous night.

"The smiles from the girls and the audience just said it all.

“In Miss Gibb’s first dance production we saw a new style, a fabulous theme and some great music.

“The whole show was a real treat.

“Many congratulations to all the girls involved in the show and to Miss Gibbs and her staff team form making it happen so wonderfully.”
