THE trial of a Kent Police officer from Bexley accused of multiple misuses of the force's computer system will begin tomorrow.
PC Eileen Arthurs, 52, pleaded not guilty to five counts of misconduct in a public office concerning alleged incidents from July 2004 to March last year.
The Wansunt Road resident is charged with "wilfully misconducting herself" by printing out and viewing the records connected with an Audi motor vehicle on March 20 last year.
The grandmother-of-one is charged with three similar offences relating to accessing the police records of different individuals and one of failing to declare she knew one of them on a police form.
The trial begins at Maidstone Crown Court tomorrow.
