Trust Thamesmead announces Easter holiday 'boredom busters'

A week-long football course is one of many activities on offer.
WITH the Easter Holidays fast approaching, Trust Thamesmead has launched a series of ‘boredom busters’ for youngsters.
Children aged between five and 19 who live in or go to school in Thamesmead are invited to activities including a week-long football course, archery classes and golf lessons.
For the less sporty, a nature trail, a movie afternoon and art and craft days are also on offer.
Sporting Club Thamesmead’s centre manager Simon Jones said: “Life is all about experiences - learning, meeting new people and having fun.
“We believe our boredom busters programme does all these things in abundance.”
The events run from April 2 to 12.
