Southeastern services affected by Easter engineering
AN unhappy Easter is in prospect for train travellers with a series of station closures and service changes by Southeastern.
From Good Friday to Easter Monday, Thameslink-related engineering work is happening between London Bridge, Lewisham, Kidbrooke and Hither Green.
And the work means New Cross, St Johns and Lewisham stations will be closed for the four-day break.
Replacement bus services will operate between Charlton and Dartford via Lewisham, Blackheath and Bexleyheath.
Charing Cross to Gravesend services will operate between Hither Green and Gravesend.
For those travelling from Charing Cross to Sevenoaks, a change will be required at Orpington.
Ticket holders will also be able to use tube, bus and DLR services.
During the same period, all Catford loop services between Sevenoaks and Blackfriars will be diverted to Victoria, not calling at Elephant and Castle.
