Crayford men charged with Sittingbourne jewellery theft

TWO men in their twenties from Crayford have been charged with theft at a jewellery shop in Sittingbourne.

Harry Dunham, 26, of Maiden Lane and Jimmy Marney, 28, of Station Road, will appear today by virtual live link at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court.

The pair were arrested in Central Park, Dartford, on Thursday (March 7).

This was nearly an hour after Kent Police was called at 11am to reports of some high value items being stolen from Battrum & Sons jewellers in Sittingbourne High Street.
