12:56pm Tuesday 5th March 2013 in News By Patrick Grafton-Green
Krispy Kreme burglar Mehran Parsai has been given a suspended sentence
AN 18-YEAR-OLD man from Chislehurst has been sentenced for committing two burglaries at The Glades Shopping Centre - one at a Krispy Kreme stall.
Mehran Parsai committed the Krispy Kreme offence on January 24, taking £784 cash, 39 gift vouchers and a pair of cufflinks.
The £10.95 gift vouchers would have got him one donut a month for the next 39 years.
Not satisfied with this Parsai attempted another Glades break in on February 7.
At 2.30am Glades security called police after spotting a male on their CCTV, and he was arrested.
He was dressed like a cat burglar and carrying a holdall containing his 'burglary kit' - a ski mask, angle grinder, hammer, crow bar sunglasses, torch, wire cutters and one black glove.
Parsai, of Meadow Close, Chislehurst pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary was sentenced to 30 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, at Bromley Magistrates' Court last Wednesday (February 27).
He was also required to pay £784 compensation to the Krispy Kreme donut stall, £145 court costs and required to undertake 150 hours unpaid community work.

30 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months and people wonder why we have lost patience with this Government and the last. We need laws fit for purpose. He will only do it again which he has proved already.

If you are going to comment Petra69 then at least understand what you are talking about. Where do the judges get their guidlines from?
