Wonder what planet Bromley councillors live in. They should be provide evidence that the residents in Bromley are happy with council tax being raised.

What gets me if most of the people I see getting off buses at the college have quite clearly come from Catford and Lewisham. Why the hell should our council tax go up to let someone no-hoper from another borough do a course because they have to to keep their benefits?

How can you tell from someone getting off a bus that they have travelled from Catford and Lewisham? Do they some how look different. surely training for anyone is a good thing if it gets them in to work so they can start paying taxes.
