GREENWICH borough's longest running community festival returns this year and organisers are looking for people to get involved.
Plumstead Make Merry will be held on Plumstead Common from 12pm on June 15.
To take part as a volunteer steward, email plumsteadmakemerry@yahoo.co.uk
The festival is also looking for stall holders and performers for the main stage and tea tent areas.
Acts vary from acoustic, dance groups, choirs, story-tellers and entertainers to live music acts.
People with photos and memories of the festival, which began in 1975, can also email the same address to help document the event over the years.
Primary schools in the area will also be getting involved this year with a programme design competition.
