FIREFIGHTERS were called to a chimney blaze in Higham this lunchtime.
The blaze broke out in Littlechurch Road at 12:05pm.
Two fire engines and a height vehicle attended the scene, where they used hose reels and chimney gear to extinguish the flames.
They also fought the fire from the top of the chimney using the height vehicle.
The fire was completely extinguished by 1:30pm.
