POLICE have finished their investigation into the fox attack on five-week-old baby Dennie Dolan in Downham and will not be taking any further action.

Officers were called last Wednesday afternoon (February 6) by staff at St Thomas’s Hospital to reports of a baby boy being admitted after the attack.

They went to the hospital to learn Dennie had suffered a hand injury at his home in Dagonet Road.

The incident has been assessed and police are satisfied there are no criminal offences.
