Police appeal over Kidbrooke A2 accident between motorbike and lorry
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was injured following a collision with a lorry at the A2's Kidbrooke interchange.
Officers were called at around 5.10am on February 1 to the accident involving a Daelim 125cc motorcycle and a Volvo articulated lorry marked with a BHS logo.
The lorry driver stopped at the scene.
London Ambulance Service attended and the 47-year-old rider motorcyclist was taken to Royal London Hospital having sustained serious injuries. He is in a stable condition.
Officers from the Collision Investigation Unit at Catford are leading the enquiry and are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which was on the London-bound side of the A2.
