A 28-YEAR-OLD man has been convicted of shooting Marlon Campbell dead in Bellingham last year.
Mr Campbell was shot in Lushington Road, Bellingham, just before 9.15pm on June 16.
The 23-year-old, from Lewisham, was taken by ambulance to Kings College Hospital and died at 2.15pm the following day.
Today (Jan 31) an Old Bailey jury convicted Dwayne Fulgence, of no fixed address, of the murder.
He was also found guilty of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and unlawful possession of ammunition.
Fulgence is due to be sentenced on February 4.
