Sidcup man suffers cardiac arrest in Greenhithe Asda supermarket

A MAN from Sidcup is in a serious condition in hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest in a busy Greenhithe supermarket this afternoon. (Jan 28)

Ambulance staff were called to Asda in Crossways Boulevard at 1.05pm to reports of a man collapsing in the store.

The man, believed to 49-years-old, was given CPR by ambulance staff before being taken to Darent Valley Hospital.

Kent Police were also called to the supermarket at 1.15pm to reports of concern for the welfare of a man in his 40s.
