Thusha Kamaleswaran shop shooter jailed again over Belmarsh attack

News Shopper: Anthony McCalla Anthony McCalla

A 20-YEAR-OLD in prison over a shop shooting which left a five-year-old girl paralysed has admitted attacking three Belmarsh prison officers.

Anthony McCalla, from Streatham, is currently serving a minimum of 14 years for the shooting of Thusha Kamaleswaran and Roshan Selvakumar, 35, in Brixton in March 2011.

McCalla and two others were convicted of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and the attempted murder of a rival gang member.

On January 18 at Woolwich Crown Court, McCalla was given a further 12-month sentence after admitting punching and attacking officers at the Thamesmead jail between April and May last year.

Detective Constable Elizabeth Dell from Greenwich police said: "McCalla is proving to be a difficult prisoner and this is not a surprise - the judge in his previous trial described him as a danger to society.

"I am pleased with the result of the investigation - attacks on prison officers will simply not be tolerated."

Not only looks like a mindless moron - but behaves like one too. This scumbag isn't fit to breath after leaving that poor little girl paralised for life. Shame we can't do the same to him.

To all who think the police had nothing to do with this then think again, as stated before if they had responded to a call FORTY minutes before and had and turned up when the scum where TESTING the gun, then maybe they could have arrested them long before they had a chance to shot anyone.
Not the first time either have Kennington pice failed to attend a report of a gun being fired
