A FROSTY officer is the Met Police’s newest recruit and they’ll be on duty in Greenwich while the wintry weather lasts.

The snow-police-woman has a hat and police scarf as well as a belt with everything she needs to keep her safe in the park by the Royal Naval College.

But she will not be able to handcuff anyone because she does not have arms.

The Metropolitan Police tweeted the picture saying: “Officers find new recruit in park. Built by the public, the snow officer's just on temp assignment over the cold snap!”
