Police officers were patrolling Sevenoaks Way in St Mary Cray 2.45am yesterday (Jan 16) when they noticed a vehicle acting suspiciously. The driver tried to avoid officers by turning into Stanley Way and then Hood Avenue, a dead end road.

One of the passengers, an 18 year-old-man, was also arrested as there was a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear at court while the two other people in the car were released without charge.
The vehicle, a Volkswagen Polo, was impounded.
