Raids on Dartford and Swanscombe homes produce two drug arrests

POLICE raids on addresses in Dartford and Swanscombe have lead to two people being arrested for drug offences.
Officers swooped on a property in Manor Road, Swanscombe, on Thursday (JAN 3) where they found four cannabis plants and a quantity of drugs.
Kevin Day, aged 41, was charged with cultivation of cannabis and has been bailed to appear at Dartford Magistrates Court on February 11.
A 20-year-old also received a formal caution for possession of a controlled substance.
On the same day, police executed a warrant on an address in St Vincent’s Avenue, Dartford, where two ounces of what is believed to be cannabis and a quantity of cash were seized.
A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and has been bailed until March 8.
