Royal Greenwich University Technical College holds University of Greenwich open events
A NEW technical college will hold two open events this month ahead of its September opening.
Royal Greenwich University Technical College is offering 150 places for students entering Year 12, providing technical qualifications specialising in engineering, construction and related industries, alongside a core A-level curriculum.
Open events will be held at the University of Greenwich's Old Royal Naval College campus, on January 11 from 6pm to 8pm and January 12 from 10am to midday.
Students and parents will get the chance meet the principal Mike Sharp and discuss whether the college is right for them.
The Woolwich Road college has been sponsored by the university, Wates construction, Transport for London and Greenwich Council.
Applications are open at the greenwichutc.com website, with the closing deadline at the end of March.
