11:14am Wednesday 2nd January 2013 in News By Mark Chandler
CCTV stills have been released after a 19-year-old woman had her iPhone snatched at Catford Bridge station.
The woman, from Stratford, was standing alone in the station at 8pm on December 2 with a white iPhone 4S in her hand.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Rachel Smith from British Transport Police said: "A few minutes later she became aware of a male standing very close behind her.
"He ordered her to hand over her phone and then grabbed it out of her hand before running out of the station in the direction of Adenmore Road."
Police want to trace the man shown in this CCTV in connection with the incident.
Anyone with information should call British Transport Police on 0800 405 040 quoting reference or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
