Gravesend Post Office worker 'robbed' in her own car
THREE people have been arrested in connection with a robbery of a Post Office worker in Gravesend.
The victim, who works in The Parade in Gravesend, told police two men got in her car in Hillside Avenue as she was getting ready to drive off.
She said the man in the passenger seat had a knife. Another sat in the back.
She received cuts to her hands in a struggle before the men ran off with her bag towards Valley Drive.
A 14-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man, both of Gravesend, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and have been bailed until December 10.
A 19-year-old woman, of Gravesend, has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.
She has also been bailed until December 10.
Kent Police is appealing for witnesses to call 101 quoting reference XY/32063/12 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Officers want to speak to a black man in his 20s, with very short black hair, who was wearing a blue hooded anorak.
