PLANS are in for a 114-bedroom hotel and new shops along Bromley Road, Catford.
The proposals would see buildings 202 to 210 - which currently includes a car wash and showroom - demolished.
In there place would come a six-storey building, including three shops on the ground floor.
The new hotel would front onto Bromley Road and include basement parking for 45 cars, 6 motorbikes and 16 bicycles.
There would also be a coach parking and drop-off point, with vehicular access via Franthorne Way.
An application by WS Planning and Architecture was submitted to Lewisham Council this month but no date has been set for a decision.
