LEWISHAM Council is seeking people's views on the housing challenges facing the borough.
Under the Housing Matters programme, 250 new council homes are planned for the area.
There are also proposals to transfer the rest of the council's housing stock to a mutual organisation or social housing organisation.
Lewisham Council is running a consultation on the scheme runs until 5pm on November 30.
A spokesman said: "While anyone can fill in the survey we are particularly keen to get the views of Lewisham Council or Lewisham Homes tenants and leaseholders and those who would like to be social tenants."
