Aaron Carter, 30, Welling
Why this design?
Chico was my first dog and I had him for nine years.
He was like a child to me.
Just recently he fell ill with a brain tumour, he went blind within days and tragically I lost him a few weeks later.
This tattoo is so I can always have him with me.
How much did it cost?
£140
Did it hurt?
It didn’t hurt as much as losing him did.
I’m just so grateful for this tattoo that the pain didn’t matter.
Ollie Pinder (tattooist) is an absolute artist.
What did your friends say?
They think it’s pukka - so much so that one of my friends has booked in to have an Eric Clapton portrait done by Ollie this Friday.
Have you got any more?
I have a big tribal piece down my right arm.
I also have a grandfather clock on my leg which shows the time my son was born and it has my son’s initials in it.
*Aaron’s tattoo was done by Ollie Pinder at Demon Inkorporation in Bellegrove Road, Welling
