EBBSFLEET'S board members have agreed to sell striker John Akinde to Championship side Bristol City.
A total of 7,452 board members agreed to the £140,000 deal.
On the pitch, Ebbsfleet were held at home by Oxford United.
Oxford's Luke Foster was sent off before half-time, but Fleet could not make the extra man count until Michael Gash scored on 56 minutes.
But Oxford substitute Levi Reid came off the bench to salvage a point for the visitors with a strike deep into injury time.
The result leaves Ebbsfleet 12th in the Blue Square Premier table.
