Man charged over commuter push

A 30-YEAR-OLD man accused of pushing a commuter on to train tracks at Farningham Road station will appear in court next month.
Ionel Rapisca has been charged with causing GBH in relation to the incident on August 6.
Linda Buchanan, from Horton Kirby, was attacked after she told two men to stop smoking.
The 58-year-old suffered a broken wrist and bruising to her legs when she landed on the tracks.
Rapisca, of Joyce Green Lane, Dartford, was arrested and bailed five days after the incident and re-interviewed by police on Saturday (August 23).
He has been bailed to appear at Dartford Magistrates' Court on September 10.
- Police are taking no further action against an 18-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the incident.
