A CCTV image has been released of a man who police want to trace in relation to sex offences on trains in the area.

British Transport Police (BTP) have released an image of a man at Dartford station who they want to identify.

Detective Constable Andy Parkinson said they were investigating a number of offences involving a man exposing himself to women on trains.

Det Con Parkinson said: "The victims are aged between their early 20s to one woman in her mid 60s.

"Our investigation has so far linked offences dating back to March 2007, with the most recent offence occurring at Dartford in June this year."

Officers have received the allegations from women travelling on trains between Gravesend and Lewisham.

The man is between 45 and 55 years old, with short cropped/receding grey hair and wears glasses.

Police believe the man has connections with the Medway/Dartford and Croydon areas.
