HUNDREDS of Roman finds which have not been seen since the 1950s will be on show when a historic building re-opens on Thursday (July 24).
Lullingstone Villa's reopening comes after a £1.3m year long refurbishment project by English Heritage.
The improvements have enabled many fragile and unique artefacts to go on permanent display at the site for the first time since they were exhibited following excavation just under 60 years ago.
Grave goods including rare decorated glass gaming counters are among the artefacts which have been brought together by English Heritage.
The collection of objects aims to show people how rich Romans who lived in the village are believed to have lived, worked, worshipped and relaxed.
The villa is in Lullingstone Lane, Eynsford.
