Man dies after car park fall
A TWENTY-YEAR-OLD man has died after falling from a multi-storey car park in Gravesend.
North Kent police received reports of the incident, which happened at Thamesgate Shopping Centre, in Clive Road, at around 7pm on Tuesday (May 6).
Ambulance crews attended and took the man to Darent Valley Hospital where he later died.
Police are investigating the death but are not treating it as suspicious. The coroner's officer has been notified and a post-mortem examination is due to be conducted later this week.

Myself, husband, 11yr old daughter and 10 yr old son were driving through Gravesend. We saw this man laying on the ground, blood pouring from his head. I saw his shoe in the road and thought it was a road accident. I am so shocked of hearing that he died. I had no idea about him falling from the car park. Our thoughts are with his family.

I knew him and he went to my school. He does not seem the kind of person who would commit suicide.[bold]bold[/bold]
