Greenwich is the temporary home to artefacts from the life of The King of Rock and Roll as the Elvis at the O2 exhibition takes over a space at the old Millennium Dome until the end of August.

It is the largest ever retrospective to the King of Rock and Roll, featuring more than 300 artefacts coming directly from the Presley family archives at Graceland.

Some of the pieces have never been shown outside his former home.

News Shopper photographer Simon Hildrew was one of the first people through the doors when the exhibition opened yesterday (December 12) and here’s his sneak peak of what people can expect...

Tickets cost £9 to £20. Family tickets (two adults and two children) cost £50. Go to elvisattheo2.com or call 0844 856 0202.
