Even south east London’s newest, most striking buildings get spiders’ webs – though you probably wouldn’t mind getting stuck in this one.
Way up on the 72nd floor of London’s tallest building, the Shard, is a spooky 9m by 6m Cadbury spider web.
It took a staggering 250 hours to create, using 400 metres of Cadbury purple rope which would be taller than the Shard itself if stretched out lengthwise.
Entwined with Crunchy Spiders, it sits next to tanks filled with Cadbury’s Halloween products.
It will be at the imposing building’s The View until Halloween. Go to facebook.com/CadburyUK or tweet @CadburyUK using #freethejoy.
