Downe hosted a foodie festival at the weekend to show off Kent’s finest produce.
Holwood Farm’s Festival of Food on Sunday October 5 saw long queues for everything from local sausages and turkey to cups of spiced tea.
Farnborough’s Drink Me Chai, which makes the Indian-inspired blend and has seen success around the world, was one of the businesses at the event.
And it was joined by tastings, talks, and winemaker James Craig-Wood unveiling his new Holwood Farm bottles.
Holwood’s owner Gary Mercer said: “Everyone’s had a good time and the feedback on the wines has been great.
“The whole team’s worked really hard to pull off a successful event and it’s been well worth the effort.”
