London 2012 Olympics BBC DVD boxset competition: Share your favourite Games moments
12:35pm Tuesday 27th November 2012 in Competitions
NEWS Shopper has teamed up with the BBC to give away five copies of the London 2012 Olympics DVD boxset.
To be in with a chance of winning you just need to wind your mind back four months to the glorious two weeks in the summer when Britain was captivated by the Games.
We want you to tell us what your favourite London 2012 Olympics moment was, and why.
Maybe your top moment was one of the many sporting highlights such as Bradley Wiggins triumphing in the cycling, Jessica Ennis taking heptathlon gold, Mo Farah’s double track success or Usain Bolt sprinting to victory.
Or it could be a moment not directly related to the sport, such as a friendly welcome from a Games volunteer or the sight of the cauldron being lit to open the Olympics.
To enter click here to send an email which contains the following information:
- Description of your favourite London 2012 moment and why you have chosen it
- Your name
- Your age

The closing date for entries is 9am on December 11. After that five lucky winners will be drawn at random to receive a copy of the DVD boxset.
We will also be using some of the entries received for a feature looking back at some of the best bits of London 2012.
The BBC’s London 2012 Olympics DVD boxset is a spectacular five-disc collection which features full coverage of the opening and closing ceremonies as well as more than seven hours of sports highlights which capture all the emotion, drama and achievements from the Games, including the many magical moments provided by members of Team GB.
