THE Buddy Holly & The Cricketers show has been playing for 13 years around the world. The American-based show has appeared at major events including rugby and cricket internationals.
The tribute act has performed at galas for the British Olympic Appeal and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme.
The concerts features Buddy Holly's greatest hits such as That'll Be The Day, Peggy Sue and Raining In My Heart.
The UK was the first international destination for the real Buddy Holly and the Crickets when they toured in 1958.
Buddy Holly had a meteoric music career which lasted only 18 months. At the height of his fame he died in a plane crash in 1959, aged just 22.
He is credited with being a founding force in rock'n'roll, influencing bands such as The Beatles and the Rolling Stones.
