An artists impression of the 3DS
Nintendo have confirmed that their next handheld console is to be 3D.
Tentatively titled the Nintendo 3DS, it has been revealed that the console will be backward compatible with the current models and will not require any glasses like the other 3D technologies.
Further details are expected to be announced at this years E3 event and we'll be sure to publish them here as soon as we get them.
It is understood that the handheld console will see release sometime around March 2011.
