TAKING theatre off the stage and into the everyday setting of a cafe, The Man with the Flower in his Mouth invites the audience to eavesdrop on the conversation of two total strangers.
Presented by Metta Theatre in association with Greenwich Theatre, Poppy Burton-Morgan’s new adaptation of Luigi Pirandello’s play will be performed in New Cross cafe the London Particular.
Samuel Collings appears as The Man, returning to Greenwich after appearances in Dr Faustus and The School for Scandal at Greenwich Theatre last year.
He is joined by Liana Weafer as The Traveller. Liana has appeared in several previous Metta shows including children’s opera The Elephant’s Child and as Horatio in an all-female version of Hamlet.
