Greenwich Comedy Festival has added to its bill an all-star gala show with the charity fundraising initiative Stand Up to Cancer.

In addition to the other gigs at the National Maritime Museum from July 26 to 31, the festival’s Big Top will host an extravaganza on Sunday, July 31, featuring Stewart Francis, Bobby Mair, Vikki Stone, Kojo, Matt Richardson, David Morgan, Beth Vyse and Patrick Monaghan with all money raised going towards transforming the lives of cancer patients and their families.

Festival producer Cass Briggs said: “We’re incredibly proud to be working alongside Stand Up To Cancer and presenting this wonderfully eclectic show at this year’s festival. There’s something irresistibly defiant about being able to laugh our way towards making such a difference.”

Tickets cost £15 at greenwichcomedyfestival.co.uk
