An acclaimed dance thriller from five-time Olivier Award winner Matthew Bourne will kick off its revival in Bromley.
Multi-award winner The Car Man will begin its first tour in eight years at The Churchill Theatre on Thursday, April 16 and runs until Saturday, April 18.
Loosely based on Bizet’s opera, it was first seen in 2000 when it won the Evening Standard Award for Musical Event of the Year and the LA Drama Critics' Award for Best Choreography.
The new version features a stellar dancing cast led by Jonathan Ollivier and Chris Trenfield, who have just played The Swan in Bourne’s Swan Lake, and Ashley Shaw, who is currently Kim in Edward Scissorhands.
