If you are one of the dumbstruck viewers who couldn’t believe rugby hunk Thom Evans got voted off Strictly so early, there’s another chance to see him in sequins soon.

The sportsman is one of the first celebrities to be named for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour, which heads to the O2 on February 7 and 8.

One of the series’ favourites, The Saturdays pop star Frankie Bridge is the other big name celeb announced for the tour so far.

It Takes Two host, 2005 contestant and stand-in host on the main show Zoe Ball will return as host for the arena tour.

The tour, in its eighth year, begins in January and goes across the country before its finale in Greenwich.

Thom said: “It's sad to be out of the TV Show as I don’t think I got the chance to show my full potential, but I’m really excited to be invited to perform on the Strictly tour and can't wait to get back on the dance floor.

“I'm told that performing in the arenas is completely different to the TV studio, so this will be a chance to really let loose and have some fun out there.  Roll on January."

Tickets cost £36 to £66. Go to ticketzone.co.uk, strictlycomedancinglive.com or call 0844 8758758.
