Fringes are in. No question. The only thing to decide is, how do you wear yours? Here are a handful of ideas to try from Graham Webb International.
1. A fringe transforms most styles without having to sacrifice length and is a sure-fire way to reinvent a bob you're a bit bored with.
Hey, if it's a good enough instant makeover technique for Kate Moss (light and textured), Katie Holmes (strong and bold) and Keira Knightley (a new dynamic for the premiere of Atonement), who are we to argue!
2. A deep and dense fringe coming below your brows is a popular and strong look, directing attention to your eyes whilst being seductive and alluring.
A shorter fringe resting just on or above the eyebrows will open up your eyes (but requires more maintenance on the brows to keep them in shape).
If you have a shorter forehead, opt for a longer fringe swept to one side for a lighter feel.

3. If you like the fringe effect but don't want to commit, then think like Girl's Aloud's Sarah Harding and ask your hairdresser to cut in longer fringe pieces that you can wear pushed to one side and spritzed with a light hold spray.
4. A fringe is a great way to disguise a long forehead and best of all, a thick blunt-cut fringe adds volume in all the right places and balances out your features.
Lily Allen cultivated the look last year (now she's wearing her fringe longer and slightly parted).
But if you've a more rounder face shape, then a less full fringe is best - take Charlotte Church and Drew Barrymore as inspiration.
And best steer clear of a fringe if you have a small forehead!
