Beat the winter blues with some full-on pampering sessions to raise your spirits and your beauty rating. Here's a fit five ideas from Graham Webb International to get you going.
1. After the shape-shifting voluminous clothes of recent seasons, it's time to pack away trapeze coats, loose tunics and A-line dresses.
For spring fashion's gone all gorgeous again with fitted, body-conscious feminine shapes that really make an entrance.
Don't forget to ensure your hair is equally head-turning with superb shine and sleek condition to complement the glamorous look.
Really work on your hair's condition with deep-penetrating treatments, plenty of nurturing conditioners, and spritz shine spray through dry hair for a glossy finish
2. Clear out the clutter in your bathroom cabinet and dump anything you've not used in the past three months - whether half-used or nearly full.
The rule is, if it's not relevant to your current look, then it has to go. Make-up, skincare, or haircare - most products lose potency over time and some will even become health hazards.
Think clearly and logically about what you really value and then here's the good bit - you can go shopping for re-stocks completely guilt free!
3. Everyone needs a bit of motivation, and winter is a key time to combat the beauty blues.
Ask your stylist to help rethink your look with new and fresh ideas on cut or colour or just styling - or all three if you're feeling daring.
It will boost your confidence ... promise!
4. There's a definite knack to using hair styling products and practice makes perfect.
Ensure you follow instructions particularly about how much product to use. Less is more as they say, and dolloping on too much gel, mousse or paste will quickly weigh hair down.
Try out new products in the privacy of your own bedroom to figure out what works best for you.
And if you need help, then your salon stylist will gladly advise!
5. The Look at Me styling range from Clynol Salon Exclusives is a set of six fabulous products to help create just the right amount of shine and hold you want depending on your look.
We just love the Adorable defining crystal wax which gives medium hold and full-on shine for all hair types.
Just apply a tiny amount through midlengths and ends of the hair for superb glossy finish. Wow!
