Pet of the Week: Lovesick fluffy the lurcher is looking for a lady
12:06pm Thursday 14th July 2011 in Pet of the Week
This week’s Foal Farm Animal Rescue Centre Pet of the Week is Fluffy who arrived at the charity after his owner sadly died.
The five-year-old previously lived with a female dog and ideally would love a new home with a new doggy girlfriend.
Playful lurcher fluffy is a very affectionate dog who loves everyone he meets and is great fun to have around.
He has recently been castrated and, like all the dogs at Foal Farm, has been vaccinated.
If you are interested in offering Fluffy a home, or you would like to see the many other dogs, cats and small animals currently at Foal Farm Animal Rescue Centre, visit foalfarm.org.uk or call 01959 572 386.
Of course, if you cannot offer a home to a pet, there are plenty of other ways you can help, such as sponsoring a resident animal, making a donation, organising a fundraising event or by volunteering your time.
About Foal Farm Animal Rescue Centre
Foal Farm Animal Rescue Centre is a registered animal welfare charity located in Jail Lane, Biggin Hill.
The charity finds new homes for hundreds of lost and unwanted animals across the South East and London every year and has up to 200 animals waiting to be re-homed at any one time.
All animals are neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and given any other medical treatment necessary. No healthy animal is ever destroyed, and if no home can be found the animal becomes a resident at Foal Farm for the rest of its life. The charity relies entirely on public donations.
