Owner of dog that killed puppy on its first walk is 'full of remorse'

A DISTRAUGHT family has achieved a sort of closure after the owner of the dog which killed their puppy came forward.

Ceri Game says the Lurcher owner feels very bad about what happened when his animal attacked Buddy, her 14-week-old Chihuahua, at the corner of Queen’s Road and Beckenham Road, Beckenham.

The 50-year-old, of Queen’s Road, says nothing will bring her beloved pet back but they have resolved the issue.

She said: “The gentleman has come forward and he has contacted me and things have been sorted between us.

“I met up with him and he’s very sorry and full of remorse.”
