TWO kittens have been found dumped in a sealed box near bins in Orpington.
The kittens, which are thought to be five-months old, were found near communal bins in Wichling Close on rubbish collection day.
A resident discovered them after hearing meowing when putting out rubbish and called the RSCPA.
RSPCA inspector Rachel Smith said: “These kittens were clearly put in a sealed box and left out with rubbish on the day it was collected in the hope they would simply be taken away with the rubbish before they were discovered. It is unbelievably cruel and heartless and so irresponsible.”
The RSPCA is appealing for information on who dumped the kittens.
Investigators said those responsible could face up to six months in prison and a fine of up to £20,000.
Anyone with information on who dumped the kittens is asked to contact the RSPCA in confidence on 03001234999.

Better still don't have animals that you have no intention of loving and caring for.
I would gladly take these two in.
