AS the River Thames snakes through much of the News Shopper area, Leisure readers are well placed to take part in the WWF's new photography competition. The WWF is calling for your visions of the Thames and its tributaries (the Lee, the Wandle, the Kennet, the Colne, the Wey and so on).
The organisation knows some stretches will be wildlife-filled, crystal clear and beautiful and others industrial, polluted and littered with shopping trolleys, but wants images of all natures depicting the iconic river's urban and rural identity.
There's a junior and a senior category and entries can be colour or black and white.
Remember the WWF judges are looking for the greatest flair, technique and originality and want to see what the river means to you.
