Welcome to Indiana - a mixed media by Dora Tuttiett
IT SEEMS Blackheath Art Society never tires of
looking for new places to exhibit its members' work.
Last year the art group proved itself ahead of the times with an online e-show of mixed-media work inspired by Deptford's urban landscape and for its next exhibition opens the doors to its artists' studios to the public for the first time.
Art-lovers will have the chance to see pieces and the techniques used to create them at studios in Lewisham, Greenwich and Bexley.
Bold colour devotee, Dora Tuttiett from Petts Wood is among the artists taking part.
She works in many mediums and uses her work as a keen form of self expression.
Colourful cubism and echoes of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, can be found in her wide-ranging portfolio.
