Popular West Wickham history films to get second showing

AN OVERWHELMINGLY popular film show is being re-run after it was standing room only when it was first shown.

Spring Park Film Makers had to turn people away when the programme documenting 200 years of West Wickham’s history was first shown on June 4.

Because of this the group is putting it on again at Emmanuel Church, The Grove, West Wickham, on July 19.

The show will start at 8pm and a DVD of the films and booklet will be available.

It includes an audio visual presentation recorded in 1994 by local historian Joyce Walker, who died in 2010.
