Singing workshop in Beckenham to be followed by gospel performance

THE length of time from an aspiring singing joining a choir to appearing in a concert is usually several weeks or months.

But people taking part in the FUNdamentally Gospel workshop on Saturday (March 17) have the chance to appear on stage the very same day.

The FUNdamentally group is running a workshop at Beckenham Baptist Church, Elm Road, Beckenham, from 10.30am to 4pm.

And there will then be a concert from 7.30pm featuring the workshop choir and the FUNdamentally Gospel group.

The workshop is open to any adult and costs £15.

There is a suggested minimum donation of £5 to watch the concert with all proceeds going to the charity Community Music in Action.
