TEA dances are set to return to Greenwich’s Borough Hall this month with themed events.
Greenwich Dance’s home, the 1930's Borough Hall on Royal Hill, has played host to tea dances for several decades.
On January 28, a Stars and Stripes dance will pay homage to vintage American style, with live music from retro band Kai's Kats Quartet.
Director of Greenwich Dance Brendan Keaney said: “Our tea dances are a very popular way for local people of all ages and walks of life to come together, dance and have fun.
“This year for the first time we are introducing specific themed events with the emphasis on America, Ballroom and nostalgia for the dancing days of the twenties, thirties and forties. “ For information on future dances visit greenwichdance.org.uk
