FESTIVAL – Brockley Max, until Saturday
Catch the excitement in Brockley with lots of events in the annual Brockley Max festival still to come. Friday sees locally-made short films showcased under the stars at Hilly Fields from 8pm in a free event called Brockleywood Nights. There’s a marquee if it rains. Go to brockleymax.co.uk

Bridesmaids director Paul Feig reunites with regular co-star Melissa McCarthy and a strong supporting cast which includes south east Londoner Jason Statham and Jude Law for a comic caper about a hapless CIA backroom staffer who goes on an undercover mission.
MUSIC – Take That at The O2 from Thursday until June 19
The UK’s most successful live act, now a three-piece, is as popular as ever and playing a mega residency in Greenwich with 10 shows this month. Ella Henderson, the singer of the enormously popular Ghosts, is the support act. Go to axs.com
OUTDOORS – Woodland’s Farm Trust’s Summer Show in Shooters Hill from 11am to 4.30pm on Sunday

THEATRE – The Tiger Who Came to Tea, Tuesday (June 2) until Saturday
