FAMILIES – Messy Easter Egg Hunt in High Street and East Street, Bromley, from Saturday (March 14) to April 4.

Go on a hunt around the town centre. Pick up a leaflet from one of the shops in Bromley High Street that has a knifed Easter Egg in it. Write the colour of the egg on the leaflet next to the shop and colour in the picture. You can take completed leaflets to St Mary’s Church for the 10.30am service on Easter Day (April 5) to get an Easter Egg.

MUMS – Mother’s Day at Chartwell, near Westerham, on Sunday (March 15)

Instead of showering your mum with chocolates and flowers this year, take her for a lovely day out. New Cross actor Rafe Spall and Blackheath’s Sally Hawkins star in director Morgan Matthews’ drama about a teenage maths prodigy who finds confidence and friendships when he his chosen to represent Great Britain at the International Mathematical Olympiad. The fictional tale was inspired by Matthews’ own documentary on the Olympiad, Beautiful Young Minds.
